Paul Garland Forest Products is located in Spaniard’s Bay, NL. The company consists of a woods harvesting operation, sawmill, pallet and crafting production operation, Full Building Supply, Lumberyard treatment facility.

Paul Garland Forest Products has been in operation for 45 years and the Garland family has been in the wood industry for 140+ years.

We are pleased to say we are into the fifth generation of operation.

We are a certified heat treatment facility which puts us in a unique position as we can produce any type of pallet lumber at our facility and then have the capability to heat treat and certify our pallets lumber for shipment into any country that requires the IPPC specification.

We have exported heat-treated fencing components and pallets into the United Kingdom. These markets are still open to the company and market contacts from there regularly visit each year looking for NL products.

Our company harvest both softwood and hardwood materials dependant on the specifications of our customers.

Our company has achieved and maintains certification for heat treated pallets, dunnage, and other wood products that require certification.

Heat treating wood products is a prerequisite for exporting to Scandinavian and European Economic Union countries. In the past, the company has been a softwood lumber exporter and has been involved in the production of other value added hardwood and softwood products for local markets.

We have the capability to produce any type of pallet based on customer specifications or market specifications full building supply carrying the “sico” paint line including windows, door, fencing, decking and full supply and lumberyard in operation for 145 years wood industry 140+ years.
